Wine from the Territory (Terroir) of Mas Fonoll

Freshness and intensity

White, cellar aged, wine, made from a coupage of different varieties, principally among them Albariño and Incrocio Manzoni.

We use grapes from plots located mostly in Mas Fonoll, of both Albariño and Incrocio Manzoni, from vines with a low yield of production. We allow a slow maturation to the grapes until we achieve a fullness of taste and concentration of flavor and a softness of skin.

Hand harvested. Fermented in a stainless steel vat to a controled temperature of 15C. Aged in stainless steel vats for some 3 years before bottling.
