We balance production of these vinyards to stay within aproximately 6,000.kg/Ha.
We used a very gentle pressing here, in our vertical press with grapes right after being destemmed with a yield of must of around 50%. First fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controled temperature of 15C. Aging in bottle for more than 36 months before degorging. We use our own naturally sweet wine, Caligo, as the expedition liquour.
An orangy, salmon color. Creamy through mouth, showing a very smooth integration with its carbonic . Taste of strawberry, red berries and pastries. An aroma of red wine, elegant, long and intense in mouth.
A premium sparkling made exclusively from Chardonnay, and according to the traditional method.
This wine is based mostly in the Chardonnay clon planted in the plots Camp de l'Alzina (Holm Oak Field) and El Poste (The Post), which at 820m of altitude towers above the rest of the other plots in the estate, although some Chardonnay from the Cirerer (Cherry Tree) plot is occasionally added too. We we regulate the grape yield of the plants not to exceed 6,000. kg/Ha .

A kind but intense yellow color. Through mouth it is creamy and very well integrate with its carbonic. It brings flavors of pastry and dry fruits that hint to honey. Strongly winey, elegant and with intense taste and a complex ending.
